All staff and Trustees receive Safeguarding Training which is regularly updated at level 2 or above. 

All staff and trustees have also completed the following training

• Bullying & Harassment   
• Workplace Banter     
• Equality and Diversity 

Schools staff and Support staff also undertake GDPR Training, and the Schools Team receive HM Government Prevent awareness Training. 

Some individual schools request staff to access additional training such as ‘Fire awareness in schools’, ‘Cyber-security training’ Anaphylaxis and allergy training for schools and carers
